Full-time (Hybrid 3 days p / week in office)

At Klaviyo, Partner Sales Specialist's mission is to help drive Klaviyo's vision forward by building & deepening relationships with new partners (marketing agencies and systems integrators) in focus regions.

As the Partner Sales Specialist for Germany, you will focus on sourcing, activating, and enabling new partners within your region.

You will leverage different sources - including marketing leads, direct outreach, event engagement, current inactive partners or new partners application.

Your ultimate goal will be to qualify, excite, prepare and activate partners before they transition to the managed team for ongoing growth.

You will use your consultative skills to understand each partner's unique business model and identify ways Klaviyo can drive growth for them and their customer base.

Additionally, you will articulate Klaviyo's unique value, differentiate us from competitors, and position our partner program to align with each partner's specific goals, business model, and profile, establishing the groundwork for a productive and collaborative partnership.

How You'll Make an ImpactCollaborate closely with Partner Account Managers to map, identify, and onboard high-potential new partners.Research and vet new inbound agencies to identify high quality partners.Educate new partners on the Klaviyo partner programTrain new partners on how to best leverage the tools and enablement resources available through the partner program to help them best serve their clients and grow their own businessesSurface new business opportunities for the sales team through the rapid response to and qualification of inbound leads from our partnersEnsure partners are engaged with our onboarding programPartner closely with Support, Customer Success, and the direct Sales team to ensure an exceptional partner experience.TravelUp to 25% including partner meetings and events in France / Germany and the rest of Europe.Who You AreHave 2+ years of work experience, preferably working as an Account Manager / Account Executive / Business Development Rep / Partnerships orientated roles with MarTech / SaaS company and / or specialised in e-Commerce vertical.Fluent in German and English (written and verbal), essential.Experienced in and highly comfortable operating in a high-volume, high-velocity environment.Strong ability to manage multiple partner activations and relationships simultaneously.Strong understanding and proven ability working through a sales methodology.Skilled in cross-team collaboration with Marketing, Sales, and Product teams to introduce and educate partners on Klaviyo's platform enhancements.Have a positive outlook and excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skillsWilling and able to travel across Germany and the rest of Europe.Curious, organized, engaging, and energetic# LI - Hybrid #LI-JL2

Our salary range reflects the cost of labour in the country where the job post is advertised.

The base salary offered for this position is determined by several factors, including the applicant's job-related skills, relevant experience, education or training, and work location.

In addition to base salary, our total compensation package may include participation in the company's annual cash bonus plan, variable compensation (OTE) for sales and customer success roles, equity, sign-on payments, and a comprehensive range of health, welfare, and wellbeing benefits based on eligibility.
