Supply Chain Specialist in Balbriggan

Job Description : Flexsource are recruiting on behalf of a leading pharmaceutical company for a Supply Chain Specialist. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Supply Chain Professional to join a high-performing team and take ownership of end-to-end supply chain operations. Key Responsibilities : Manage purchase orders, forecasts & supplier priorities Oversee shipments, invoices & documentation Act as first point of contact for client orders & queries Support cross-functional teams (QA, Finance, RA) Maintain data accuracy in SAP & drive process improvements Key Requirements : 3rd level degree in Business, Supply Chain or related field 3+ years of experience in supply chain / logistics, ideally in pharmaceuticals. Strong knowledge of SAP Business One (or similar ERP). Experience with import / export and understanding of GMP compliance is an advantage. Fluent in English; other languages a plus. Strong data analysis, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
