Tines is looking for an experienced IT Operations Technician to join us on a full-time basis.
The employee is required to be present in our Dublin office 3 times per week, reporting into our IT Manager based in Boston, MA.
What you'll be doing : Providing expert level IT operations support to all internal key business partnersAdministering a wide variety of Cloud platforms, including Google Workspace, Slack Enterprise Grid, Jira, and AWSManage all IT logistics services for the EMEA region, including purchasing of equipment, inventorying and shipping, and IT asset lifecycle managementEvaluating all IT operations services and identifying opportunities to automate workflows using the Tines platformDeveloping and executing projects aimed at enhancing IT service delivery at TinesIT endpoint management using our MDM platform (JumpCloud)Dealing with local technology vendors and customer success managers as requiredAct as a point of escalation when engaging with external support teams across our suite of enterprise applicationsEngage and collaborate with key internal stakeholders assisting with integration and automation initiatives on platforms that they manage (Salesforce, Bamboo HR, Zendesk)Comfortable supporting AV room technology, including Zoom rooms and various conference room end pointsComfortable doing first level troubleshooting on IT office infrastructure such as structured cabling networks, routing & switching, and WiFi access points and controllersWhat you bring with you : 5-8 years experience in an IT Operations role working on enterprise grade cloud platformsExperience working in IT Operations support, with a keen interest in identifying root causes and implementing scalable solutionsExpert level knowledge of MacOSFamiliarity with other core enterprise applications such as HR platforms, and CRM toolsComfortable when using MacOS terminal command-line, and performing log analysis across different platformsExperience working autonomously, knowing when to escalate, and prioritizing competing work intake pipelinesExcellent analytical & time management skills combined with the ability to work collaboratively with peers and business partnersExcellent written and verbal English skillsFamiliarity with key IT processes such as Incident management, Change management, and Release managementAn automation mindset to help us scale all of these duties.At Tines, we're all about trying new things and taking the leap.
