Location : Dublin

Contract : Hours are not fixed, Specific Purpose

The purpose of this role is to support the work of the Focus Ireland’s monitoring and evaluation programme.

What you will do :

• Assist in Focus Ireland’s monitoring and evaluation programme as directed by the Research Manager and Research Officer.
• Conduct surveys with customers by phone to collect data on satisfaction with services.
• Data entry of surveys
• Assist in the design of surveys, the preparation of research reports and work closely with other team members in communicating research findings to the wider organisation.
• Actively participate in identification of own training and development needs.
• Support other team members and actively participate in meetings.
• Adhere to all Focus Ireland Policies including confidentiality, data protection and access to records.
• Actively promote a healthy, safe, secure and productive working environment.
• Ensure that the Organisation’s Health, Safety and Security Policies and Procedures are fully implemented within the workplace.
• Contribute to the promotion of equality of opportunity, anti-discriminatory practice, diversity, individual rights and choice and other Focus Ireland values in all aspects of own work.
• To undertake such other duties as may be required from time to time by the Research Manager or Research Officer.
• Engage in supervision sessions on a regular basis with Research Manager or Research Officer
• Participate in relevant training and development courses as agreed with the Research Manager or Research Officer
