Salary : €65,000 - €75,000 depending on experience

What's on Offer : €65,000 - €75,000 depending on experienceCar allowance + fuel cardPension ContributionsLife AssuranceCompany Phone and LaptopYour new role includes : Leading the development and implementation of project-specific QA / QC plans, including ITPs and inspection checklistsOverseeing and managing the company-wide quality management system, ensuring compliance with ISO 9001 : 2015 and industry best practiceConducting regular site quality audits and inspections across roofing and cladding worksCoordinating with Contracts and Project Managers to ensure correct materials, methods, and documentation are in placeSupporting pre-qualification and tender submissions from a quality and compliance perspectiveInterfacing with clients, design teams, and main contractors on quality-related matters as well as training and guiding staff on quality processes, documentation, and continuous improvementExperience you need : Minimum 5+ years' experience in a Quality Manager or Site QA / QC role in construction, ideally with roofing and cladding systemsStrong understanding of construction QA / QC processes, building regulations, and ISO standardsExperience working on public sector and / or data centre projects is an advantageDetail-oriented with strong documentation, communication, and problem-solving skillsProficient in MS Office and quality software tools (e.g., SnagR, Procore, Field View)Full clean driver's licence requiredWhat's next : Apply Nowto submit your application and we will be in touch asap for our initial screening.If this role isn't the perfect match but you're interested in similar opportunities, feel free to get in touch
