This role would suit a Quality Manager with 5-6 years experience who is looking for a full time or part time role. As the Quality Manager, you will be responsible for the effective implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the Integrated Management System (IMS), encompassing : ISO 9001 : 2015 (Quality Management) ISO (Environmental Management) ISO (Health & Safety Management) Sample of current significant jobswithBlue Chip Plc & Institutional clients : Our client is one of the main consultants for Dublin Port, Dublin Airport and all the main local authorities around Ireland. Numerous developments in Cork (Greenways; Road Improvement Schemes, Infrastructure projects). €100m & €150m Mixed Use developments 18 storeys. €80m High Density Residential Development 14 stories. €90m Mixed Use Development 20 stories. The Role : The successful Quality Manager will develop, implement, and maintain the IMS to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations. Lead audits (both internal and external) and manage non-conformance processes to drive continual improvement. As Quality manager you will provide guidance and training to project teams on quality, environmental, and health & safety standards as they apply within the IMS. Maintain a strong and clear IMS document management system, ensuring effective document control and management of updates. Collaborate with project teams to integrate IMS principles into all stages of project delivery. Monitor, analyse, and report on IMS performance metrics, recommending strategic improvements. Drive improvements to the IMS and investigate and participate in the implementation of further ISO certifications as required, eg ISO 19650.
