Role :   Roofing Quality Manager

Location :   Office Based in Dublin

Job Type : Permanent - Full time

Salary :   €65,000 - €75,000 depending on experience

At Elk Recruitment, we are looking for a driven  Roofing and Cladding Quality Manager to join our client’s growing team based in Dublin. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Quality Manager to make an impact in an innovative and growing organisation.

Your new role includes :

  • Leading the development and implementation of project-specific QA / QC plans, including ITPs and inspection checklists
  • Overseeing and managing the company-wide quality management system, ensuring compliance with ISO 9001 : 2015 and industry best practice
  • Conducting regular site quality audits and inspections across roofing and cladding works
  • Coordinating with Contracts and Project Managers to ensure correct materials, methods, and documentation are in place
  • Supporting pre-qualification and tender submissions from a quality and compliance perspective
  • Interfacing with clients, design teams, and main contractors on quality-related matters as well as training and guiding staff on quality processes, documentation, and continuous improvement

    • Experience you need :

  • Minimum 5+ years’ experience in a Quality Manager or Site QA / QC role in construction, ideally with roofing and cladding systems
  • Strong understanding of construction QA / QC processes, building regulations, and ISO standards
  • Experience working on public sector and / or data centre projects is an advantage
  • Detail-oriented with strong documentation, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Proficient in MS Office and quality software tools (e.g., SnagR, Procore, Field View)
  • Full clean driver’s licence required
