CPL UK in partnership with our client are seeking an IVF Consultant for a full time permanent contract with a superb Fertility Clinic in Dublin, Ireland.
This is a permanent full-time position. The successful candidate will be well-versed in all aspects of Fertility Medicine and must have the ability to lead the team to deliver fertility services to the highest standard, with an emphasis on maximizing successful outcomes for patients.

- Long Term Incentive Plan (LTIP) – Following 2 years continuous service they will be eligible for the Long – Term Retention Incentive to the value of €20,000. They will be eligible for a further incentive to the value of €20,000 following 4 years continuous service.

Key Tasks and Responsibilities :
Manage the care of patients at the clinic, from consultation to completion of treatment, working to agreed protocolsLead the team, motivating and inspiring them with exemplary patient careTake responsibility for day-to-day clinical decisions regarding patient treatment, drug regimens and timing of procedures, working closely with medical, nursing and scientific colleaguesPerform egg collection and embryo transfer procedures safelyMaintain accurate and clear medical records in accordance with clinical protocols and procedures all timesContribute to the continuous development and improvement of services at the ClinicSupport heads of departments with general operational activityProvide advice and contribute to the training of clinical, scientific and administration staffEssential Qualifications
Full Irish Medical Council Registration, with eligibility for inclusion on the Specialist RegisterHigher Diploma (Fellowship or Membership) of Specialty College MRCOG or equivalentProven experience in Reproductive Medicine / FertilityMust have a valid Right to Work in the Republic of IrelandSkills & Competencies
Thorough understanding of the scientific evidence underpinning clinical practice as well as an understanding of the work of related disciplinesAn understanding and empathetic approach to patient care and the ability to communicate clearly, honestly and concisely in consultations with patients, including the ability to deliver ‘bad news’ in a constructive and sympathetic mannerProficiency in transvaginal ultrasound scanningAbility to mentor and train others in ART skillsAn understanding of, and ability to apply, quality assurance and monitoring of clinical performanceAbility to work within a multi-disciplinary fertility team, leading and motivating othersA solution-oriented approach to problem-solvingDesirable Skills / Qualifications
Subspecialty training in Reproductive MedicineProficiency in operating laparoscopically, possessing the necessary skills to offer surgical solutions to support the management of sub-fertile patientsAn understanding of prevailing EU and national legislationAn appropriate level of managerial experienceTo Apply
