Our client is growing both organically and through acquisitions and are seeking a Financial Planning Consultant to join their employee benefits business in a senior role .

This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a strong portfolio of individual clients, delivering tailored advice on retirement planning and broader financial wellbeing, while also supporting member services across corporate clients.

Responsibilities Deliver expert financial planning advice to individual clients Support corporate clients with high-quality member services Build and grow your own client portfolio Help mentor and develop junior team members Requirements QFA-qualified (CFP a bonus) Proven experience in individual financial advice & employee benefits Strong relationship-building and business development skills Deep knowledge of pensions, investments & financial products Client-first mindset with commercial acumen Seniority level Seniority level Mid-Senior level Employment type Employment type Full-time Job function Job function Finance Referrals increase your chances of interviewing at Morgan McKinley by 2x
