Job Description

Our client is a leading Wealth Management firm who are looking to hire a Client Operations Associate to join their team in Dublin.

Responsibilities of this Client Operations Associate Job :

• Ensure all new accounts are processed in line with SLA's, Client Asset Regulation, AML regulations and internal procedures.
• Ability to review and improve on existing procedures & processes and use this knowledge to improve efficiencies and processes within this area.
• Ability to work primarily on own initiative and prioritise tasks. Train other team members.
• Understand and adhere to the rules of the Irish Stock Exchange, Financial Regulator and EU.
• Assist clients in any queries they may have in relation to account opening and regulatory roles.
