Job Description : This growth-oriented position will have the primary responsibility of providing the full range of fund administration services to the private equity and private credit team.

This individual will be responsible for understanding and applying current accounting principles to the accounting and financial reporting of funds and for reviewing transaction and valuation information.

A partial list of responsibilities and skills includes :

Primary contact to client on daily operational issues, discussion, and requests Review of Net Asset Value calculation and associated reporting Coordinate investor capital activities, annual financial audits, and statutory reporting Maintain understanding of fund documentation and apply terms to financial reporting and income / expense allocations Stay updated on current accounting principles and develop solutions for issues Liaise with banks, auditors, brokers, and custodians to ensure smooth service delivery and timely completion of deliverables Assist in new fund onboarding processes Resolve client issues / queries promptly to maintain high satisfaction Identify opportunities for internal process improvement and operational efficiency Manage work allocation and team utilization, coordinate resources, and ensure cross-training and coverage Participate in company and client initiatives beyond normal duties Perform other duties as assigned Qualifications : University degree in Finance / Accounting or relevant qualification; qualified accountant preferred Minimum of 5 years progressive experience in accounting / audit / fund administration in private credit or private equity, with staff management experience Deep understanding of the fund industry; knowledge of private credit or loan products is a plus Strong computer skills, especially in Microsoft Office and Excel Knowledge of IFRS, US GAAP, and Singapore GAAP Experience with accounting software like Investran is advantageous Additional Information : Experience something Brilliantly Different with a career at MUFG Investor Services.
