Head of Financial Services at Lincoln Recruitment Specialists A leading investment manager, with a growing presence in Ireland, is looking to hire an Associate for its Fund Operations team.

The team supports a range of Hedge Fund, Private Equity, and Real Estate investment platforms.

Key responsibilities include :

Assist with the daily, weekly and monthly processes; this includes cash management, data capture, pricing and monitoring of corporate actions.

Review and sign off of NAVs produced by Fund Admin Responsible for the maintenance and oversight of the Portfolio Management system; ensuring accurate static / transactional data.

Involvement with operational duties including cash payments and instructing shareholder / portfolio dealing FX dealing; provide assistance in review and execution of monthly swaps.

Regulatory reporting; assist in preparing any required reporting.

Liaise and work with external vendors Provide support to the investor relations function Key requirements include :
