AMCL is looking for a highly driven and ambitious individual to join our growing Asset Management team. You will work with infrastructure management organisations across the energy, transport and utilities sectors to transform how they work, delivering tangible outcomes and benefits that endure across Ireland and the UK.

As a Senior Consultant within the AMCL Ireland team, you will be responsible for :

  • Client delivery : Responsible for implementing business transformation projects including asset management consultancy, training, and information projects.
  • Expanding our capabilities : Identifying and securing business opportunities in new and existing markets; driving thought leadership and representing AMCL at conferences across the globe.
  • Developing our people : Coaching and mentoring our team members.

Qualifications

Experience and Technical Knowledge :

  • 5+ years of experience working with or for an infrastructure management organisation in energy, transport or utilities
  • Knowledge and understanding of the ISO 55000 suite of standards
  • The key components and applications of an Asset Management Policy, Strategic Asset Management Plan, Asset Class Strategy or Lifecycle Management Plan, and Asset Management Plan, and the typical suppliers, owners and consumers of information in those plans
  • The phases of an asset’s lifecycle (Acquire, Operate, Maintain, Dispose) and associated decision-making processes, people, and information that support them, such as, Whole-Life Cost Modelling, Asset Investment Planning and Reliability Centred Maintenance
  • Awareness of data analysis, reporting, and business intelligence solutions, e.g. PowerBI.
  • Education and Certifications

  • Strong academic background in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
  • Institute of Asset Management Diploma, equivalent, or progressing towards this
  • Analytical and Problem-Solving Abilities :

  • Strong analytical skills and a track record of delivering high-quality outputs for clients
  • Experience with complex problem-solving in consulting or asset-intensive organisations
