We are working with an international real estate firm that is now growing its European presence in Dublin.

The first of multiple hires is a Head of Asset Management who will play a strategic role in scaling the real estate platform.

THE ROLE : Develop and implement asset management strategies to enhance value and returns across a diverse property portfolio.

Lead the repositioning, leasing, and operational improvement of assets to maximise income and capital value.

Oversee property management, leasing negotiations, and tenant relations to ensure high occupancy and strong tenant retention.

Manage financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting on asset performance.

Conduct market analysis and due diligence to identify opportunities for value enhancement and risk mitigation.

Collaborate with investment, finance, and development teams on acquisitions, disposals, and redevelopment projects.

REQUIREMENTS : Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field Chartered Surveyor with 10+ years of experience in asset management Strong knowledge of commercial real estate, fixed income, and financial concepts Experience managing portfolios across Europe Fluency in additional European languages is a plus Team player with strong relationship-building skills, able to work independently while reflecting company values Job ID ZR_1378
