About the Role
Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you’ll be instrumental in bringing our campaigns and communications strategies to life. You’ll work closely with external agencies and internal stakeholders to create engaging content, develop dynamic marketing collateral, and help shape messaging that resonates across digital and traditional platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate on the planning and execution of marketing and communication campaigns across the year
- Work with external agencies to coordinate delivery of campaign assets and initiatives
- Support the development of content and collateral—think copywriting, design input, presentations, web content, and more
- Assist with the organisation and promotion of events and activations
- Contribute to reporting and analytics for campaigns, stakeholder updates, and market insights
- Manage day-to-day communications, including social media, email marketing, influencer activity, and advertising
- Provide brand support internally—helping teams stay aligned on tone of voice, brand guidelines, and creative assets
- Carry out administrative tasks that help the department run smoothly, including process documentation and system updates
- Represent the organisation at meetings, events, and conferences when required
Who You Are
A degree-holder in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related discipline3–4 years of hands-on experience in a marketing or communications role—either agency-side or in-houseA self-starter with strong project management skills and the ability to work independentlyAn excellent communicator with fluent English and strong writing, presentation, and interpersonal skillsProficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Familiarity with digital platforms including social media management tools, Google Analytics, and WordPress is a bonusA team player with a passion for creating content that informs, engages, and inspiresWhat’s on Offer
