Grade : Associate Director or 4-5yrs PQE

Contract type : Permanent

A snapshot of your peer group :

• Candidates should have 4-5 years' post qualification experience in Corporate / M&A / Commercial law
• Excellent communication skills
• Proven track record of delivery of high-quality work
• Strong technical knowledge of the Companies Acts and all company law legislation and regulation
• Ability to exercise sound judgement, possessing a positive attitude and being a genuine team player
• Ambition to be a key member of a dynamic and differentiated Corporate and Business law firm
