• Design and deliver high-quality structural engineering solutions across a diverse range of sectors.
• Produce detailed structural calculations, specifications, and construction drawings.
• Collaborate with architects, consultants, and contractors to deliver coordinated designs.
• Participate in client meetings and contribute to design workshops and technical reviews.
• Conduct site inspections, structural assessments, and supervise construction work as required.
• Support and mentor junior engineers and technical staff.
• Stay up to date with evolving technologies, materials, and sustainability standards. What We’re Looking For Essential :
• Bachelor's or Master’s Degree in Structural or Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in structural design, ideally in a consultancy environment.
• Proficient in Eurocodes and local building regulations (Ireland / UK).
• Skilled in design software (e.g. Tekla, Robot, Revit, AutoCAD, or similar).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for architectural collaboration and quality-driven design. Desirable :
• Chartered Engineer status or working toward Chartership (CEng MIEI / MIStructE).
• Experience working on complex or landmark architectural projects.
• Familiarity with BIM workflows and sustainable design principles. What We Offer
