From major media agency holdcos to a varied range of media specialists, creative shops, PR and activation agencies.
The unique agentic AI technology that sits at the heart of our Demand-side Platform ('DSP'), is built around the needs of those agencies, and ishelping them to re-invent themselves for the AI age .
Transforming how media is traded in real time and replacing inefficient legacy systems with goal-driven, intelligent and autonomous execution.
And then there's the most important part of our business – the people who set those business and communication goals, win the new business, and forge real relationships with customers.
The Role As Sales Director, UK , you'll play a key role in pioneering Converge's UK business with, of course, the full support of the rest of the company.
Specifically, our early stage objective is to develop and grow digital revenues for Converge from independent-minded agencies and clients in the North of England and Scotland.
This is a hands-on leadership role with real potential - ready for somebody to make a real difference to digital advertising in the UK.
Key Responsibilities
Go-to-Market Execution : Lead the UK market launch while working closely with Converge's founders, strategy, product and sales / marketing teams.
Sales & Business Development : Drive new business by selling Converge's Agentic AI-powered DSP directly to agencies.
Develop and convert sales leads that maximise new and recurring revenues for our unique 'Managed service' platform.
You will own the full sales cycle, from prospecting to close.
Marketing Brand Growth : Build strong positive awareness of Converge and execute strategies that reinforce reputation and trustworthiness across both the AdTech and the wider media / advertiser eco-system.
Partnerships & Ecosystem : Identify and develop strategic partnerships that extend Converge reach and influence in the UK market.
Leadership & Reporting : Share UK market insights with management team to inform and lead roadmap together with commercial direction.
Industry Presence : Be the face of Converge in the UK - speaking at events, contributing to industry conversations, and helping shape the narrative.
About You
Enthusiasm and get-up-and-go are essential!
You probably have around 7 to 10 years' experience in AdTech or media sales and an established network of contacts.
It is important that you have a strong understanding of AdTech platforms , how they work and the context they operate within.
Proven leader , with experience growing and managing sales or commercial teams.
Location : probably North West-based or surrounding area, with the flexibility to travel across the UK.
