Manager – Actuarial Reporting

We have an exciting new opportunity for a Manager – Actuarial Reporting to join a well-known financial and actuarial firm. This permanent position is based in Dublin city centre and offers an excellent hybrid working model.

This role is ideal for a qualified actuary who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and is looking to take on a leadership role within a high-performing actuarial team. You’ll be involved in delivering key financial and capital reporting, improving actuarial processes, and collaborating across teams.

About the Role :

As Actuarial Reporting Manager, you will play a key role in delivering financial and capital reporting outputs, supporting key planning processes, and analysing business performance. You’ll work closely with colleagues across actuarial, finance, operations and business development functions, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Duties for this role include (but are not limited to) :

• Lead the delivery of actuarial reporting requirements, including liabilities, earnings, and capital metrics on a quarterly basis.
• Contribute to annual processes such as business planning and Financial Condition Testing (FCT).
• Partner with internal teams to ensure robust, timely, and insightful reporting.
• Analyse experience and performance drivers to produce actionable insights for senior stakeholders.
• Support the implementation of reporting improvements and governance controls.
• Provide mentoring or oversight to junior team members as required.
