Financial Reporting Manager

Job descriptionDevelop and optimize the financial reporting procedures, as well as the Financial Accounting and Reporting Policies. Act as the primary source of advice for Financial Accounting and Reporting queries. Manage the preparation of financial reports on all periodic bases. Oversee the review of statutory financial statements. Drive projects, provide finance guidance, and serve as the first point of contact for finance and business partners to resolve issues. Supervise and assist in the training and development of the financial reporting team.
Preferred Qualifications - 7+ years of finance experience or at least 3 years' experience in financial or regulatory reporting.
- Qualified Accountant (ACCA, ACA, or equivalent).
- E-commerce background, including experience in a high-volume payment processing environment.
- Excellent understanding of IFRS reporting requirements.
- Experience in financial reporting from a Big-4 public accounting firm is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.
- Strong analytical skills and intellect.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment.
