Job descriptionLead and motivate the therapy team to deliver exceptional service Maintain treatment protocols and health & safety procedures Ensure all treatments are carried out to the clinic’s renowned standards Liaise effectively between team members and management Assist in scheduling, treatment planning, and client flow Participate in consultations, providing personalised treatment and skincare recommendations 5+ years of hands-on experience in a beauty or skin clinic setting Recognised qualifications (ITEC / CIBTAC / CIDESCO or equivalent) Strong knowledge of advanced skin treatments and holistic therapies Previous leadership or mentoring experience within a clinic or spa setting Excellent communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills A calm, professional presence with a genuine passion for skin and wellness A warm, supportive, and high-end working environment Competitive salary based on experience Commission on product sales and performance incentives Opportunities for ongoing training and professional development Staff discounts on treatments and products Work with some of the most respected professionals and skincare brands in the industry A chance to grow and evolve within a trusted, well-established business with a loyal client base
Primary Duties
About the Role :
As Senior / Lead Therapist, you will :
- Be responsible for the day-to-day leadership and support of the therapy team
- Oversee the quality, hygiene, and safety standards across treatment rooms
- Ensure smooth communication between therapists, reception, and management
- Deliver advanced skin and body treatments to the highest standard
- Mentor junior staff and lead by example in all client interactions
- Support ongoing training, development, and performance standards within the team
Key Responsibilities :
