Salon Operations
Responsible for the daily operations and smooth running of the clinic.
Inventory management and ensuring all equipment is in good working order.
Ensure the salon is clean, organised and fully stocked with necessary supplies.
Management of Salon Stock Control
Finance and accounts responsibilities. Monitoring all sales activity.
Customer Service
Ensuring that customers’ expectations are exceeded.
Provide a range of beauty and skin treatments.
Ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction by addressing any client concerns promptly, maintain a positive salon environment, and implementing customer feedback.
Marketing & Promotions
Build customer awareness of all the services and treatments offered.
Effectively drive and increase the promotion of service, package and product retail sales.
Manage the Salon social media.
Compliance
Ensure the salon complies with all health and safety regulations, as well as industry standards.
Requirements
4 Years minimum experience.
Proven experience as a Beauty Salon Manager, or similar role in the beauty industry or similar environment.
Fully qualified beauty therapist, ITEC, CIBTAC or CIDESCO.
Experience managing a team of 10-15 people.
You must be proactive and solution orientated, with strong operational skills.
Experience of working within a target driven and fast paced environment.
Demonstrates strong commercial and financial awareness.
Ability to build, maintain an exemplary team of therapists.
Available to work flexible hours, including some evenings and Saturdays.
