We are seeking an individual with experience in buyer risk and payment fraud to help us analyze reports, identify potential issues, and conduct statistical analysis.
You will lead change management efforts, develop effective plans, and serve as a technical resource and communicator.
Responsibilities : Partner with Policy, Customer Operations, and global teams.Share best practices and support cross-team learning.Create, organize, and maintain rule documentation.Manage rule platform, deploy rule sets, and track bugs.Lead complex projects with various stakeholders.Resolve conflicts and support decision-making.Make informed decisions under pressure and challenge the status quo.Requirements : Deep understanding of buyer risk and fraud in payments.Strong analytical skills with metrics-driven approach.Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization; familiarity with R, Python preferred.Excellent communication and influence skills.Knowledge of eBay policies and systems.Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.Experience leading projects and managing change.Leadership experience and ability to communicate with senior leadership.Bachelor's degree or equivalent; certifications like PMP, PRINCE2, Six Sigma, Agile a plus.#LI-ML1
