This is an exciting opportunity to work in financial services (loans / derivatives / FX / intercompany facilities) with new technology and exciting transformation projects As a Business Analyst in IT team, you will play a key role in enhancing our systems and optimizing business processes. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams, lead impactful projects, and contribute to our client's broader digital transformation journey. Responsibilities : TMS Management Ensure Treasury Management System (TMS) availability and manage incident resolution. Lead system upgrades, testing cycles (SIT / UAT), and continuous improvement. Automate processes, enhance reporting, and manage system data and access. Data Management Collaboration on delivery Data to Global Data Warehouse with Group Data management team. Working with Group IT Power BI on data extraction from Global Data WarehouseTroubleshooting data delivery / data quality / data governance matters as they arise. Project Management Plan, document, and prioritize Treasury IT projects. Develop business cases, specifications, and budgets. Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to deliver results. Technology Transformation Identify and implement tech solutions to streamline operations. Align system functionality with evolving business needs. Drive automation to reduce manual effort and risk. IT Architecture & Data Governance Document Treasury IT landscape, data flows, and system interfaces. Support decommissioning of legacy systems and enhance security protocols. Control & Audit Maintain up-to-date documentation for audits and regulatory reporting (SOC, SWIFT, AIC). Relationship Management Foster strong relationships with our client's TMS provider Collaboration and co-operation with Group relevant specialist technical teams and non technical teams across different countries. Lead quarterly reviews to align on performance, enhancements, and future plans. What We're Looking For A strong understanding of financial services, Treasury, and IT systems. Degree / qualifications in any of the following Business / IT / Data / project management. Experience with Financial Services system e.g. banking, Treasury etc Excellent organizational and communication skills. Strong Excel skills and a proactive, collaborative mindset. A genuine interest in how systems work and a drive to improve them. Self-starter with a proactive mindset, capable of taking ownership and driving tasks forward with minimal supervision.
