Overview

eir evo talent are currently seeking applicants for an  ICT Change Manager – Transformation Change and Communications Specialist. This is a day rate contractor  position located with our client in Dublin. This is a hybrid role requiring 3 days on site per week.

Responsibilities :

  • Develop impactful change communications content in collaboration with work stream leads to drive awareness, foster acceptance and support the adoption of work stream initiatives.
  • Provide Change Management support to Programme workstreams
  • Develop Programme Change heatmap
  • Develop and deliver highly effective change and communications plans
  • Conduct change analysis, change impact and business readiness assessments
  • Ensure comprehensive and effective monitoring and co-ordination of communications and change activities
  • Manage Stakeholders communications and engagements
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders
  • Contribute to Programme planning and identification of risks / issues

Requirements :

  • Organisational Change Management – Proven recent and significant experience of working in an Organisational Change Management environment.
  • Supporting the delivery of IT Transformation Programme – involving changes to people, behaviours, ways of working, organisational structure and processes.
  • Strong analytical skills – ability to assess complex situations and develop practical solutions
  • Communications development and planning – proven recent experience in communications development, translating technical content into plain English and communications planning & co-ordination.
  • Excellent communications and interpersonal skills – excellent communications and interpersonal skills to build impact and influence
  • Ability to lead and manage change initiatives at all levels; with proven experience in engaging and influencing management, driving buy-in, and fostering a culture of adaptability and innovation.
  • Monitor stakeholder cohesion and alignment within the team to proactively identify and address potential resistance / conflict.
