Youll be at the heart of our customer service operations, supporting both our valued customers and internal account managers to ensure seamless order processing, coordination, and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Support customers and internal account managers with day-to-day needs and queries Process customer orders using SAP / CRM systems Identify and assess customer requirements to ensure high satisfaction levels Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships through clear and open communication Resolve product or service issues by understanding and clarifying customer complaints Coordinate with logistics and operations teams to manage delivery schedules Oversee stock availability and liaise on inventory coordination Required Skills Proficient in Outlook, Microsoft Word, and Excel Strong ability to communicate technical and product-related information clearly Experience with SAP (or similar ERP systems) is a strong advantage Understanding of Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) systems is beneficial Prior experience in B2B internal sales or technical customer service an advantage Fluent spoken and written English is essential Personal Attributes Self-motivated and results-driven Methodical and organised in their approach Personable and enjoys building professional relationships Optimistic and able to problem-solve resourcefully Whats in it for you?
