Your Role : Manage the mortgage and protection application process, ensuring accuracy and adherence to SLAs. Communicate effectively with clients, providers, and key stakeholders, always prioritizing the client's best interests. Handle inquiries from existing clients, addressing their needs promptly and with care. Keep our systems updated and process new business through industry-specific platforms.
