HireForce has been engaged by a leading Irish Plc who has requirement for Group Office Administrator to join their Head Office.
The role will be part of the Corporate Head Office team working closely with a number of departments and reporting to the Corporate Controller.
The successful candidate will be a highly organised and efficient individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities : Provide administrative support to internal teams within the office Maintain company records, filing systems, and databases Arranging travel schedule and reservations Coordinate in-office events, including organising meeting rooms and catering services Oversee daily office activities, including answering phone calls, and handling emails Various office management tasks; ordering IT equipment and stationery Knowledge, Skills & Experience Experience in a similar role Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to work on own initiative and be organised Excellent IT skills Remuneration : Competitive Salary, Bonus, Pension.
