We are looking for Office Administratorto keep a fast-paced sales office running smoothly.
Salary & Benefits : €17 per hour Full training and support Requirements : Typing, filing, and handling daily admin Answering phones and dealing with customer queries and orders Processing invoices, order dockets, and credit card payments Serving customers at the trade counter Organising shipments and managing related paperwork Keeping on top of emails Using Opera 3 software (training is provided) Skills : Solid office admin experience (this is a must) Opera 3 knowledge is a bonus.
Clear communication and strong customer service skills Attention to detail and the ability to juggle tasks Flexibility to work 5 days a week when needed.
