Administration Support to Underwriting / Broker Team
Looking for ambitious administrator to join a fast-paced sales team, they will have strong organisational / time management skills and clear ability to prioritise. Opportunity to complete their Certificate in Insurance Product Advice (APA), with potential to develop within the role.
The Role
- Process Policies, Schedules and Endorsements on both Underwriting and Broker Systems and issuing all relevant documentation
- Enter data onto the system paying particular attention to detail
- Following up on diary items with Brokers / Underwriters
- Liaising with Your Team / Brokers / Underwriters on allocated queries and developing relationships with them
- Respond to allocated mail and queries from brokers on a daily basis
- Deal with brokers / Underwriters in a professional and friendly manner
- Ensure all messages are recorded and communicated in a clear and timely manner
- Assuming responsibility for project assignments as directed the Team Leader / Operations Manager
