This is a full time position, 39 hours per week

Ordering stationeryPhotocopiers ordering / recycling toners, meter readings etcArchiving manage documents coming in / outApproving supplier invoices / reconciling invoicesFirst Aider (refill first aid boxes) / Fire MarshallAssist Office Manager with office tidying / clearing when requiredLogging hot desk useAnswering & directing all calls in a professional mannerWelcoming all visitors to the office and ensuring sign in procedure is completedBooking, co-ordinating meeting roomsBooking Courier / TaxisAll other duties associated with the roleRequirements :
