They are looking for an experienced Site Manager to join their Kinsealy site.

Package on offer : Bonus Pension Company vehicle / allowance Responsibilities : Oversee the project to ensure timely delivery within budget, managing risks, contracts, operations, and communications effectively.

Handle daily operations and tactical aspects of a large-scale site.

Review key site deliverables and ensure quality assurance aligns with company standards.

Manage project scope, identifying and mitigating risks.

Attend Health & Safety meetings with the site team and subcontractors.

Enforce Health & Safety policies and procedures on-site.

Ensure timely identification and ordering of materials to match the project schedule.

Lead the management of performance and budgets, ensuring alignment with the contract program.

Supervise the direct labour workforce and all subcontractors.

Work closely with the site management team to ensure smooth project execution.

Degree, Higher Diploma, HETAC qualification, or relevant trade experience.

Site management experience in residential projects.

Strong background in residential developments.

Up-to-date knowledge of building regulations and certification standards.
