a Tier 2 construction contractor, is seeking an experienced Site Manager to lead and oversee the successful execution of an upcoming educational project in North Dublin . Responsibilities :

  • Develop and implement comprehensive project plans, taking into account timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
  • Communicate and coordinate effectively with stakeholders, including architects, engineers, subcontractors, and regulatory authorities.
  • Ensure full compliance with health and safety regulations on-site.
  • Conduct regular safety inspections and ensure all workers and subcontractors adhere to safety protocols.
  • Oversee quality control procedures to guarantee that the highest industry standards are maintained throughout the project.
  • Perform routine inspections to quickly identify and address any quality issues.
  • Lead and support a diverse construction team, providing motivation, guidance, and assistance as necessary.
  • Foster a collaborative and positive work environment to enhance team performance.
  • Identify cost-saving opportunities while maintaining a strong commitment to safety and quality.
  • Maintain clear and transparent communication with stakeholders, providing regular progress updates.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Construction Site Manager, preferably with public sector experience.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of construction management processes, regulations, and standards.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
  • Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
