Person In Charge - Stillorgan Dublin

Cpl Healthcare is actively seeking a Person in Charge for residential services based in Stillorgan in Dublin.

We are looking for enthusiastic professionals to support adults with intellectual disabilities in a community-based setting, assisting with independent living skills and community integration.

It is a full-time salaried position, averaging around 40 hours per week, which may include being on call during evenings and weekends.

Requirements : A minimum of a Level 7 on the QQI Framework – BA in Social Care Studies, Social Care Management, or an equivalent relevant qualification in Health or Social Care. A postgraduate qualification, ideally in Social Care Management or a related management qualification. At least 3 years of senior management experience at a similar level of responsibility, including demonstrable experience in strategic planning. At least 5 years of experience in the health / social care or voluntary sector.
