Document Controller

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Construction Document Controller to

manage the receipt, tracking, and distribution of construction documents across our projects.

The successful candidate will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy, consistency, and

timely availability of documents using platforms like SharePoint and Autodesk

Construction Cloud (BIM 360 / ACC). Key Responsibilities : Document Management : Maintain control of all incoming and outgoing documents related to construction and engineering projects.Platform Management : Upload, organize, and distribute documentation via

SharePoint and Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC), ensuring proper version

control and document tagging.Workflow Coordination : Implement and maintain structured workflows for

document review, approval, and archiving.Access Control : Set up and manage user permissions across platforms to ensure

secure and appropriate access.Liaison Role : Interface with internal teams (engineering, project management,

procurement) and external stakeholders (clients, contractors, consultants) to ensure

seamless information exchange.Compliance & QA : Ensure documentation complies with company standards,

QA / QC processes, and relevant project requirements.Reporting : Generate periodic reports on document status, outstanding actions, and

compliance gaps.Training & Support : Provide training and support to project team members on

document control procedures and platform use.Qualifications & Experience : Proven experience as a Document Controller in the construction or engineering.Strong knowledge of SharePoint and Autodesk Construction Cloud (BIM

360 / ACC) is essential.Familiarity with ISO 19650 principles and other relevant document control standards.Excellent attention to detail, organization, and communication skills.Ability to manage large volumes of documentation across multiple projects
