In this full-time permanent role, the Financial Controller will play a key part in driving business growth and performance through insightful financial leadership and commercial analysis.

Responsibilities Deliver accurate monthly reporting, board packs, and variance analysis to inform strategic decisions.

Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and balance sheet ownership with precision and timeliness.

Lead and mentor a team of six Finance Business Partners to drive excellence.

Champion cost reduction initiatives and business process improvements.

Provide commercial support for bids and business development activities.

About You Qualified Accountant with 5+ years PQE in a management role.

A strong communicator and influencer with a continuous improvement mindset.

Commercially savvy with excellent Excel and financial systems skills.

Driven, resilient, and proactive in leading performance and process innovation.

Collaborative leader who inspires teams and builds strong cross-functional relationships.

This Financial Controller position is hybrid, with 3 days in-office.
