Were looking for a dynamic and mission-minded Managing Director of Sales and Product Development to lead Reformation Tours, a growing brand under the EdenGate Travel umbrella.

You'll oversee the development and promotion of inspiring faith-based tours, primarily focused on Protestant Reformation history, as well as broader Biblical heritage and educational experiences.

This is a purpose-driven leadership role that blends commercial success with spiritual impact.

Youll help churches and Christian organizations across the USA, UK, and Ireland discover travel experiences that deepen faith and community.

Key Responsibilities : Design, promote, and sell group travel packages that combine historical depth with spiritual value Build relationships with churches, seminaries, and Christian groups (primarily in the USA) Lead the sales pipeline to deliver 1015 group tours per yearwith growth targets Collaborate with vendors in Europe and the UK to craft meaningful itineraries Support and train volunteer tour hosts to deliver excellent group experiences Attend Christian conferences and travel expos to build brand awareness Develop engaging marketing materials and brochures (digital & print) Explore innovative tools (AI, CRM, digital media) to enhance travel planning and engagement What Were Looking For : Proven experience in sales, business development, travel / tourism, or faith-based leadership A deep understanding and / or willingness to do what it takes to become an expert in understanding the USA church travel market and its unique needs Strong communication and relationship-building skills across time zones A heart for mission, history, and spiritual enrichment through travel Flexibility for international travel (Europe / USA) and occasional in-person meetings in Northern Ireland Candidates with a background as a pastor, teacher, or ministry leader who are passionate about church history and business development will also be considered.
