Ursuline Manor is a brand-new, purpose-built residential care facility in the heart of Sligo, dedicated to delivering compassionate, person-centered care.

We're now recruiting an experienced and visionary Director of Nursing to lead our clinical team.

Your Role : As Director of Nursing, you will be the cornerstone of excellence in care.

You'll drive the highest standards in clinical practice, regulatory compliance, and resident wellbeing while fostering a warm, empowering environment for both residents and staff.

What You'll Do : ?

Lead and manage a skilled, multidisciplinary team in line with HIQA standards ?

Promote dignity, autonomy, and person-centered care for every resident ?

Oversee governance, audits, training, and quality improvement plans ?

Build strong connections with local healthcare agencies and community services ?

Ensure safety, compliance, and a homely atmosphere throughout the home What We're Looking For : ?

A Registered General Nurse (RGN) with at least 3 years' recent experience in older person care ?

Level 8 post-registration management qualification ?

Minimum 3 years in a leadership / management role in health or social care ?

Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills ?

Up-to-date knowledge of HIQA regulations and clinical best practices Why Join Us?
