Your Scope

Ardo serves its clients globally in the Retail, Foodservice and Industry segments. We are currently seeking a Key Account Manager Retail and Foodservice to manage our key accounts in the Irish market. In this role you are part of Ardo’s global sales organization, reporting to the Group Sales Director Retail, and operating from our Sales Office in Dublin.

Your profile

Account management & customer relations

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the sales branch, including team leadership, performance management, and execution of sales strategies.
• You achieve sales targets in terms of turnover, and profitability.
• You lead price negotiations and secure sales agreements, with a focus on annual contracts.
• You introduce new products and innovative applications to your existing client relations.
• You optimize the product portfolio in line with profitability and commercial KPIs.
• You address and resolve customer complaints in a proactive and efficient manner.
• You think about solutions for Private Label for retail from a production and packaging point of view.
• Develop and execute sales strategy and analytics to drive revenue growth and inform data-driven decision-making
• You monitor, forecast, and report on sales performance, budgets, and market potential.
• You analyse customer data to identify sales opportunities and areas for improvement.
• Manage stakeholder relationships and build strategic networks to support business objectives and foster collaboration
• You work closely with both national and international teams across different functions within Ardo.
• You build and nurture strong long-term relationships with key retail and Foodservice customers and with their decision-makers and stakeholders (purchasers, marketing, R&D).
