Salary :   €30,810

Location :   Hybrid role in Dublin 2

Contract :   Temporary 6m contract with potential for extension

About the Role :  Join our dynamic team as an Administrative Coordinator, where you'll play a key role in ensuring the efficient processing of applications within this department. Collaborate with various teams, both internally and externally, and contribute to the smooth workflow from allocation to issue.

Key Responsibilities :

• Provide crucial support to case administrators and managers, ensuring effective administration.
• Work closely with other teams to offer efficient administrative support.
• Utilise technology and internal systems for the timely processing of applications.
• Liaise with external stakeholders, including pharmaceutical companies and European regulatory bodies.
• Contribute to the Quality Management System and assist in developing and implementing licensing policies.
