About The Role

BREWDOG OUTPOST DUBLIN ARE ON THE HUNT FOR A SALES COORDINATOR TO COVER INCOMING ENQUIRIES We at BrewDog have one mission. We want to make other people as passionate about great craft beer as we are. Our bars are at the forefront of that mission, delivering amazing beer & customer service at all times. And now, we’re looking for a Sales Executive to join our team.

Job Purpose

We are looking for a Sales Coordinator to support the BrewDog Dublin Team with managing inbound and the proactive driving of offers and events.

Role Expectations

Inbound Sales & Proactive Activity

Working in a team to complete the following tasks each day;

• Responding to all new enquiries to gain an understanding of guest requirements and share all package and pricing information
• Contacting all in progress enquiries to convert
• Upselling to any auto confirmed bookings without a pre order
• Answering the phone to brand standard and monitoring the bookings inbox
• Working proactively to promote upcoming events and key initiatives at Dublin.

Organisation & Admin

About You

You’ll have at least a couple of years’ experience in a Sales Coordinator role in a busy bar & kitchen in order to hit the ground running.

You must be customer service focus centric, making sure every single experience a customer has when dealing with the BrewDog sales team absolutely stands-out.

An ability to multi task and effectively prioritise will be key, whilst maintaining high standards of output. THE BREWDOG CHARTER IT'S ALL ABOUT BEER.
