Job Description : We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our growing Healthcare Advisory team.
With 3-4 years of relevant project management experience, you will lead and support the successful delivery of healthcare consulting projects.
In this role, you will collaborate closely with healthcare consultants and client stakeholders to manage project execution, ensure adherence to timelines, budgets, and scope, and drive innovative solutions for our clients in the healthcare sector.
As a key member of the team, you will also contribute to business development and client relationship management, while mentoring junior team members.
The role offers a chance to contribute to and support a variety of client engagements across our healthcare portfolio.
Candidates with clinical backgrounds are preferred but not essential.

Roles & Responsibilities As a Healthcare Project Manager, you will :
Lead and support project execution : Manage and deliver complex healthcare projects, collaborating with team members and stakeholders.
Client engagement : Serve as a primary contact for clients, fostering strong relationships and ensuring high-quality delivery.
Research and analysis : Conduct research on sector trends, regulations, and operational data to inform solutions.
Develop and deliver solutions : Collaborate on creating actionable healthcare strategies and recommendations.
Reporting and presentations : Prepare reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations.
Business development : Support proposals, tenders, and marketing initiatives.
Risk management : Identify and mitigate project risks, maintaining comprehensive documentation.
Team collaboration and leadership : Mentor junior staff and work cross-functionally to meet project goals.
Stay current : Keep abreast of healthcare industry developments and share insights.
Professional growth : Engage in ongoing training and development activities.
