IT Cyber Security Manager

The purpose of this role is being responsible to drive the improvement of the company cyber security posture and ensure adherence to

best practices in IT and cyber governance. As part of an aviation company committed to enhancing its cyber security framework, you will lead key initiatives to strengthen our security infrastructure and compliance standards.

Key Accountabilities :

• Lead the documentation of IT and cyber systems throughout the organization.
• Develop appropriate Service Level Agreements (SLAs) with business teams.
• Implement and test IT procedures and policies to ensure robust security measures.
• Drive alignment across the IT team in adhering to security and compliance standards.
• Identify gaps in existing documentation and processes within IT and develop solutions to address them.
• Collaborate with internal and external teams to improve overall security posture.
• Ensure compliance with relevant industry regulations and standards.
• Conduct regular security assessments and provide recommendations for improvements.
