Excel Recruitment is currently seeking a Deli Manager to join our client’s successful and busy store in Lusk . This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced and passionate deli or fresh food manager to take the next step in their career, with a full-time, permanent role offering a salary of €17-18 per hour for a 40-hour week .

Salary : 17-18 per hour

Hours : Monday to Friday available for an experienced candidate

Shifts : 6am-3pm

The Role :

Managing the daily operations of a busy deli department

Leading, motivating and developing a team to deliver high standards of customer service and food quality

Ensuring food safety and HACCP compliance at all times

Managing stock levels, ordering, and minimising wastage

Driving sales through strong product knowledge, merchandising, and maintaining excellent standards

Updating and refreshing the deli offering in line with customer trends and demands

The Candidate :

Previous experience managing a deli, food-to-go, or similar fresh food department is essential

Strong leadership and people management skills

A passion for fresh food and delivering excellent customer service

Fully HACCP trained with a strong understanding of food safety procedures

Highly organised, commercially aware, and target-driven
