We are hiring an Staff Nurse - Operating Theatre (Recovery)  for our Hospital in Dublin, Ireland.

Responsibilities

• Identifying the requirements of patients upon admission by applying evaluation methods and skills.
• Accurately and completely recording nursing admission assessments.
• Continue to evaluate the patient's condition.
• Clearly state which patient issues will require nursing care.
• Create and record a care plan based on best practices and the needs of the patient.
• Revise the computerized or printed care plan.
• Create individualized and suitable patient education and discharge plans, and make use of the ward's resources.
• In line with the patient care plan, cooperate with other members of the healthcare team within the designated clinical area.
• Establish discharge standards as soon as the patient is admitted.
• Make time in your job schedule for meetings, training, etc.
