Qualifications & Experience : Registered Nurse (RN) with active NMBI Pin At least 1 year of experience in a nursing home setting in Ireland Right to work in Ireland (Stamp 4 or EU Citizen) Key Responsibilities Deliver respectful, person-centred care by maintaining each residents dignity, privacy and individuality. Build supportive relationships with residents, families and visitors, offering compassion and reassurance, especially during times of loss. Adhere to all organisational policies and procedures, including those related to medication handling and staff responsibilities. Maintain accurate, timely and clear records in compliance with relevant legislation and regulatory standards. Work collaboratively with healthcare professionals and demonstrate strong knowledge of HIQA standards, including participation in inspections.
