Administrator / Warehouse Operative

My client based in Dublin 12 are seeking to recruit a mechanically minded individual to join an established and market leading company with offices in Dublin 12 Specialising in the manufacture and distribution of industrial seals and gaskets, the successful candidate will ideally have experience in a similar role with a knowledge of hydraulic, fluid power, bearings, seals, gaskets or pneumatic €38,000 - €43,000 DOE Monday to Thursday 9.00 - 5.30 Friday 9.00 - 5.00 Onsite Parking Key Responsibilities : Engage directly with customers via phone, email, and face-to-face interactions. Liaise with the outside sales team to ensure seamless communication and support. Process sales orders and quotations efficiently. Ensuring orders are delivered on time. Responding to and resolving order queries. Promptly responding to customer requests. Maintain a strong product range knowledge. Contribute to group sales targets and revenue growth. Source parts from suppliers to meet customer needs. Maintain strong relationships with clients and identify new business opportunities. Required Skills & Experience : Experience in one or more of the listed industries. Strong communication and customer service skills. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Previous experience in a sales or technical support role is advantageous. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems is a plus. Skills : Manage supply customer service Benefits : Monday to Friday
