Warehouse Operative

On behalf of our client in Swords, we are recruiting for a warehouse operative for a permanent role. This role involves the physical handling, inspection, receiving, and shipping of various goods and materials at their warehouse facility. Key Responsibilities : Inspect incoming goods for quality, condition, and compliance with documentation. Review and verify supporting paperwork and records. Accept or reject items based on defined standards. Store goods in line with organizational procedures and regulatory standards. Perform regular cycle counts to maintain accurate inventory records. Inspect outgoing items to ensure they meet quality and documentation standards. Prepare goods for shipment, including appropriate packaging and labelling. Ensure all outbound items meet customer requirements. Handle regulated or sensitive materials (training provided). Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts. Participate in an on-call rota to support time-sensitive needs outside normal hours. Work overtime as required to meet operational demands. Requirements : 2 / 3 years experience in a warehousing environment Forklift licence Skills : Picking Packing Goods Warehouse work Warehouse forklift Pack Goods Counterbalance Forklift Forklift driving
