What Skills You Need Honours Degreein Commerce, Business, Marketing, or equivalent. 2-3 years commercial marketing experiencewith responsibility for managing lead generation programs. Full, clean driving licence. Ecommerce, Sales, or Customer Service experience is an advantage. Knowledge of Agriculture, Equine, Material Handling, or Construction markets is an advantage. Well-developed IT skills(MS Platforms, CRM, ERP, Content Management Systems, etc.). Project Management skills. Creative, innovative, and entrepreneurial mindset.
