Key Responsibilities :
- Oversee the full kitchen operation, ensuring excellence in food quality, presentation, and service
- Lead and inspire a team of chefs and kitchen staff, fostering a culture of professionalism and innovation
- Develop seasonal and à la carte menus in line with the hotel’s brand and guest expectations
- Manage food costings, budgets, stock control, and supplier relationships
- Ensure strict adherence to HACCP and health & safety protocols
- Collaborate with hotel management on overall guest experience and event planning
